I have read in several articles from various sources that the US developed special techniques designed to humiliate Muslims. The techniqes consited of the stuff we have been reading about lately: being kept naked, being forced to masturbate etc.

I think the idea that the US did this specifically to shame Muslims is bogus as hell. First of all, this kind of treatment would humiliate anyone, regardless of their ethnicty ! I am an American, and a Christian, and I know beyond any doubt that being kept naked in a cage and being subjected to all the other stuff would be quite humiliating. Even the most blatant sexual libertine would find this treatment very distressing ! So, lets drop the idea that there is something special about Arabs or Muslims in regards to this kind of mal-treatment.

I have also read that some are saying that the Geneva Conventions do not apply to Al Queda or the misbehaving Iraqis. I do not care at all what the lawyers, diplomats, and politicians say ! It is always wrong to mistreat people, torture is ALWAYS wrong, and to use sexual humiliation as a tool of repression is a grave SIN against God !! Not only is it degrading to the victim, it is seriously damaging to the soul of the perpetrator ! This stuff must stop at once. We must prosecute those who do this or condone it from the individual guards to as high up as the stain goes, to include the Rumsfeld and the President if they are guilty !
