I’m really tired, but this is good. Sweetous and I rode our bikes for fifty minutes in the park. Actually walked/biked ’cause the trail we took had lots of hills, loose gravel, and mud. But, it’s all good for exercise. Anyway, now I’m wore out. My Ma is doing better; the Doctor took the tubes and IV’s off of her. Thanks be to God for that. Hopefully she will continue to improve an dbe home in a couple days.
