This will be a test to see how well this works for posting to my blog. I got a google account for my domain suite-6.net, not sure what I will do with it but I always like to try some new stuff on the web. I figured out something else today: how to connect to the web with my wireless modem; I never bothered to figure it out before ’cause it was just so easy to do ethernet. So now I can take my notebook into the bathroom with me if I choose to do so. LOL !
Today was fairly quiet at work, although still busy. Now, I have the ’til next Wednesday off ! That is nice but it will be very hectic the next few days ’cause of LB & Steve’s wedding. Perhaps next year I can take a week off and just take it easy, or not. We shall see what develops. Sweetous called me at work this afternoon to tell me she and her parents had went out shopping and they lost her Dad, she called me later ’cause they found him. He had been picked up by the Sheriff and was in the hospital. She says he is OK. Later the police from Michigan called and said that the police from Frederick had called them about him. I guess there was a time lag there. Pam at work told me there are bracelets that old people can wear so they can be identified easily. I may look into something like that. What would really be cool is some sort of electronic tracking device like they use on pets or criminals. Not that I am comparing my Father in Law to a dog or a felon; but I think it would be a good idea for old people with Alzheimers too…
