Sweetous and I went bike riding after work. We started on the trail in Black Hills but then made a different turn to see what was at the bottom of the hill…
We rode a trail that skirted the lake and ended up in amongst some very nice townhouses. I was trying to find a route to circle the lake but today was not successful. We will try again, but use a different start point. Anyway, my ass is really dragging now! This ride was pretty severe; we were out nearly two hours ! It was sufficiently grueling to challenge a 20 year old. I joked with Sweetous while we were having a bite to eat at McD’s that when we finished eating we would go to the ER. I do think about strokes and such, but really my bigger concern is falling. When I was young I was a daredevil on my bike, but now I am way too old to be falling from my bike…
