friday morning…
I got into work nice and early this morning; checked my email, read a little bit, and now I’m working a spreadsheet. I think I will probably make some breakthroughs on my “pile” today. I did 5 down / up circuits on the stairs yesterday and today I’m a bit stiff. I may just take the day off from doing the stairs today.
