Sweetous and I went for a 3 mile walk in the park after work. This is good, but when I got home I morphed into a voracious beast and now I feel over stuffed ! I did the same thing yesterday too ! I gotta figure out a way to put a lid on that or the walking won’t do me much good.

My room mate at work has a word of the day calendar and today’s word was “parlous”. When I saw that I had no idea what it meant. So, I looked at the definition on the calendar page and “parlous” means “dangerous”. I was a bit perplexed by this ’cause I knew that “perilous” means “dangerous”. So I looked up both words in the dictionary…
