Sweetous and I rode our bikes in the park for 60 minutes. Now, I’m tired as dog. It’s storming now, so it’s good we got finished when we did.

2007 June 12 – some things never change, a year ago I was busy as hell at work and I still am. We were in the final weeks of preparing to move to the new building, lots of files to pack and ship. Gretchen and Lance got married the previous weekend. (More …)

just got back from my mid-day walk; normally 35-40 minutes which today was 25 minutes. I shortened the walk ’cause it is hellishly hot out and Sweetous wants to go bike riding after work. My usual strategy is to exercise at the earliest opportunity; so I have walked twice already today. I find that it is harder to get motivated to exercise after work or in the evening. Sweetous will encourage me to bike ride with her though, unless she decides it’s too hot. My strategy is working and people have noticed; so that is good.
