Minimalist Fitness: How to Get In Lean Shape With Little or No Equipment | Zen Habits – great article about exercise; reminds me of the routines we did when I was in Army basic training. I do a lot of walking and bike riding now; I should add some push-ups to the mix. First I’ll have to get motivated though LOL !
