Phishing is a big problem. I check things out on snopes pretty often too but dont like the popups on the site. I wish they would lay off doing that

Yes, Pop-ups are a pain ! It would be nice if a way could be found to suppress advertising and spam without simultaneously curtailing freedom of speech.
