I got an email with pics claiming to show a young boy having his arm run over by a truck as punishment for stealing bread. This is presented as an example of Islamic justice. I know that they do some very nasty things to people under Sharia Law but apparently this story is a hoax perpetrated by a street huckster.

I don’t support Sharia or any other sort of uncivilized practices but I do say we need to be accurate.

I forgot to mention that doing something like this to a little kid for any reason, even as a “trick” is actually very sleazy in itself !
