We will visit my daughters and her family in PA for the Christmas weekend; can’t wait to see baby Leah again, and toddler Mike too of course ! We will also visit my Parents for Christmas dinner; prepared by Alison my sister in law. Alison is an outstanding preparer of food ! Will likely see my brother Kevin too and his kids.
I don’t know any of the scheduling detail ’cause I leave that to the Women; too complicated for me LOL !

Listening to my 20 month old grandson I noticed he likes to blurt out strings of syllables that are structured like a sentence but the syllables are not real words. I don’t remember if my kids did that before they started to talk or not. Pretty interesting to listen to though; I suspect he will be doing actual talking soon…

This morning I was about to leave to go to Church when LB called and asked me to go walking with her and the baby. So I did. We had a good walk, about 40 minutes from her neighborhood to downtown Mt. Airy and back. Aiden enjoyed it, he stayed awake a good while then just zonked out til we finished.
So, when I got back from LB’s place I had a quick breakfast and went out to cut the grass. I cut the entire back yard including the outer reaches. The lawnmower was well behaved; only conked out once and was fairly easy to get it restarted. I was considering doing the front yard which had been done on Thursday but after doing the back it was getting hot and I was dead dog tired. So I’ll leave that for another day or perhaps leave it for the Woman to do.
I had brought home some stuff from the office and I did work on some of it yesterday. I thought I would do some more after I finished the yard but now I am way too tired. I’ll just take the office work right back there and do it tomorrow.

I was quite busy and productive at work today; also went walking before work and at lunch time. Dawnie and the little Mike are here for a couple days; he is such a sweetie an growing. He has 4 teeth already !
